Real Estate Appraisal/Consulting Services
The Authority is currently requesting qualifications from real estate
appraisers/consultants to assist the Authority in its evaluation and management of approximately
55+/- parcels of land located at:
• Possum Kingdom Lake in Palo Pinto, Stephens and Young Counties, Texas.
(approximately 50 parcels)
• Lake Granbury in Hood County, Texas. (approximately 5 parcels)
The parcels vary in size from 0.25 +/- acre to 286.00+/- acres. The parcels have been under
commercial type ground leases for a number of years and have subsequently been developed or
improved by the lessee. The parcels are leased to various entities and developed for a variety of
purposes including but not limited to:
• Marina sites
• Homeowner Association common areas
• Commercial Buildings
• Recreational Lodges and Camps
• Retail Stores
• Mobile Home Parks
• Specialty uses (Communication towers, etc.)
