The Supportive Housing Act of 2011 revitalized and reformed the Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities Program. Important features of this change now include provisions to:
1) Provide incentives for developers to leverage other capital financing,
2) Continue to provide a re-envisioned Capital Advance/Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC)
3) Introduce a separate Section 811 Project-Based Rental Assistance approach.
