Concrete shall be commercial grade type I, 6 sack, minimum 4000 psi compressive strength in 27 days (minimum 2600 psi in 7 days) with 3-5 inch maximum slump. Orders to be delivered to job site within 4 hours of notification and during regular work hours Monday thru Friday. Delivery to be made on Saturdays with a minimum 24 hour notice.

The contract shall begin May 1, 2010 and shall continue in effect for a period ending April 30, 2012.
