Re-roof Project
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 05/04/2010.
Base bid: The work consists of demolition of existing roofing and insulation materials; installation of new mechanically attached roof insulation and new fully adhered .060 mil thermoplastic TPO roofing membrane. The removal of all metal coping, counterflashing, scuppers, collector boxes and downspouts and installation of new coping, counterflashing, scuppers, collector boxes and downspouts. The scupper openings are to be enlarged. The base bid includes additional miscellaneous scope of work items.
