Robarts Research Institute (Robarts) wishes to redesign its web site at http://www.robarts.ca (the web site), to modernize and make the web site more useable, professional and adaptable for future uses.
The web site requires an extensive redesign, including structure, content and graphics, so that it conveys the image of one of a world- leading biomedical institute.
Robarts wishes to have a Content Management (CMS) web site.
Robarts is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) seeking proposals from web design firms (Respondents) to analyze, plan, design, build, test, and support such redesign, and to consider future needs and functionality.
