Re-Surfacing of Gynasium Floor
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation RFQP02031400011 is being issued as a request for quote to re-surface FCI Danbury's gymnasium floor. The total floor work area is approximately 5450 sq. ft. A statement of work is attached as well as the Department of Labor's Davis Bacon wage rates for Fairfield County Connecticut.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75.
This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business size standard $14,000,000 associated with NAICS code 238330.
