Re-Roofing
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 04/29/2010.
Base bid: The work consists of demolition of existing roofing and insulation materials; installation of new roof insulation and new fully adhered white thermoplastic single ply roofing. Interior gutters will be decked over and new roof drains installed. The base bid includes additional miscellaneous scope of work items.
