Re-Roof Readiness Center
A description of the work of this project can be generally summarized to include; Overlay existing roof with new pre-engineered metal structure to provide 3:12 slope including new gable structures and footings. Provide new standing seam metal roof panels. Raise existing HVAC roof top exhaust units, extend existing ductwork, extend existing plumbing penetrations where indicated. Provide new metal siding and louvered vents at new gable-end wall conditions. Provide new fascia, gutters and electrical heat tape system. Replace areas of sidewalk indicated. Provide structural engineering calculations & design of over frame system approval 10 days prior to the receipt of bids.
