Re-Roof Buildings
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: BASE BID: Building 600: Windrow the existing ballast, remove the existing membrane, add crickets, add new 60 mil TPO, add ballast protection fabric, install new TPO coated metal coping.
ADD Alternate No. 1: Building 616: Tear off existing modified bitumen roofing system leaving the insulation in place, add 1 layer of 1” ISO insulation board, add a new cover board, add crickets, add new 60 mil TPO fully adhered, install new pre-finished metal coping.
