Re-Roof - Public Housing Apartments
The Boise City Housing Authority invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Re-roof of Capital Plaza and Franklin Plaza, Public Housing High Rise Apartment Buildings, Boise, Idaho 83702. The work consists of: Preparation of the existing built-up roof and installation of fully adhered layers of rigid insulation and a fully adhered single ply 60 mil, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane.
