Re-Activation of Remote Access Controller of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System
I. Background: The DLA Installation Operations Philadelphia is requiring Professional Services to re-activate the remote access controller for the HVAC systems that serve DLA buildings on the Naval Supply Activity Philadelphia (NSAP) installation. The remote access controller is a point to multipoint system. The system was developed and implemented by TuWay Communications Corporation.
II. Scope of Service:
This SOW is intended to provide and re-activate a remote access controller that was engineered by TU Communications Corporation. The re-activation includes upgrade/replacement of components for improved reliability and performance, which is expect to include the new installation of a new point to multi-point system as well as replace all cable with new direct burial outdoor rated CAT6 cable. The work of Pre-Stage/Setup/Install/Optimization Labor for the upgrade/replacement of components includes:
- Cambium Point to Multipoint Integrated Radios, 12 Units
- Adjustable Pole Brackets, 2 Units.
- Power Supplies, 2 Units
- Sector Antennas, 4 Units
- Intelligent Access Points with Filtering and Sync, 4 Units
- AC Electrical Line Cords, 2 Units
- 8 Port Gigabit Managed Switches, 12 Units
- Spool Cat6 - Outdoor Direct Burial Outdoor UV, 6 Units
- 8-PIN RJ-45 Shielded Connector, 30 Units
