ReStart DHS SACWIS Project manager
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain quotations for temporary professional services to assist the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) and the Department of Human Services (DHS).
The vendor awarded this ReStart contract is prohibited from bidding on any other State Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) procurement, including participation as either a prime contractor or subcontractor on the Request for Proposal (RFP) for SACWIS Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) or any other SACWIS procurement such as Quality Control or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).
The services must begin on October 1, 2010. The contract awarded from this solicitation will be a time and materials rate contract, with a not to exceed contract price.
