Rayburn HOB Gun Range Filter Change Out
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Acquisition and Material Management Division (AMMD) is issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) RFQHB190020 for unrestricted full and open competition. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Gun Range Air Filter Replacement in the Rayburn House Office Building.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238220: Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6007: Filters. The period of performance of this requirement is anticipated to be for five years from date of award as outlined below. This includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. This requirement will also include an option to extend services up to six months if necessary in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

Important Notes:
Prior to submitting quotations, all interested Quoters are required to attend a mandatory site visit, on November 14, 2018 at 10:00AM at Rayburn House Office Building, Room 2046 on the ground floor, Washington DC 20515. Quoters shall limit company attendees to two individuals. Quoters attending the site visit shall email the following information to Roman Davydov at roman.davydov@aoc.gov:
1) Company name
2) First name, last name and job title of individuals attending (no more than two individuals from each company)
3) Email and cell phone number of at least one individual attending
This site visit is mandatory, Quoters that do not attend the site visit shall not be considered for award.
