Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-15-R-0005: This solicitation will be advertised as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction). The small business size standard is $36,500,000.00. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced construction contract to replace all remaining exposed raw water piping, replacement of generator air coolers, air conditioner coils at Beaver Powerhouse, White River Basin, Carroll County, AR
The Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 & $1,000,000.
Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR 15. Proposals will be evaluated utilizing the Lowest Price Technicall Acceptable (LPTA) method. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 1/2/15. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
