The Department is in need of a Ratemaking Actuary who meets the American Academy of Actuaries Qualification Standards for issuing a Statement of Actuarial Opinion to review medical malpractice rate filings. The Actuary will determine compliance with applicable statutory requirements and accepted actuarial ratemaking techniques.
