Solicitation for proposals from qualified firms to use quantitative and qualitative approaches to research, analyze, and recommend creative strategies to address large-scale layoffs in the Silicon Valley region. The City of San Jose's work2future program, in partnership with the North Valley Job Training Consortium (NOVA) are interested in sponsoring research on Rapid Response best practices, constraints and opportunities in assisting local business during times of downsizing and closure in order to provide better service and to continue to add value to our One-Stop Partners.
