Rapid Response Study
Work2future and the North Valley Job Training Consortium (NOVA), the two Local Workforce Investment Boards (LWIBs) that serve Santa Clara County, are soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Proposers") to research, analyze, and recommend creative strategies to address large-scale layoffs in the Silicon Valley region. work2future and NOVA are interested in sponsoring research on Rapid Response best practices, constraints and opportunities in assisting local businesses during times in downsizing and closures in order to provide better service and to continue to add value to our One-Stop Partners. This research project would involve both quantitative and qualitative approaches to gather the required information.
