NOTE: This synopsis follows a Sources Sought Notice that was released on December 2, 2016 under BBV9FY2017-0001. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns as defined in FAR 19. Only qualified small businesses under the size classification relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541810 - Advertising Agencies - need apply. The small business size standard is $15M. An organization that is not a small business concern under the applicable NAICS code will not be considered.


The Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH), Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), Office of Communication (CDC NCEH/ATSDR OC), intends to solicit for technical assistance support to rapidly develop and execute integrated marketing services to meet its environmental health communication goals.


It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made under the Solicitation. In addition, it is anticipated that the awards will be Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts with a period of performance of five (5) years to be awarded in May 2017. Request for Proposal Number 2017-N-18051 will be available on or about February 14, 2017, and may be accessed through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov) website. This notice does not commit the Government to award a contract.


Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation, possible amendments, and other procurement-related matters. All inquiries shall be submitted electronically to the point of contact.
