The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of the Solicitation to 17 February 2017, provide updated and approved questions and answers from potential offerors, the Past Performance Questionnaire omitted from the original Solicitation posting, the SF30 Amendment to Solicitation extending the due date, updated Sections L & M, an updated DD1423, updated Wage Determinations, and to update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that had minor typographical errors. This amendment is necessary to allow potential offerors sufficient time to complete Past Performance Questionnaires that were omitted from the original Solicitation posting in error.
THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THE SUBJECT NOTICE HAS CHANGED FROM W911QX-16-R-0011 TO W911QX-17-R-0005 TO COINCIDE WITH THE CHANGE FROM FISCAL YEAR 2016 TO FISCAL YEAR 2017. THE PREVIOUS PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS WAS AMENDED TO POST THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO STAY CONSISTENT AND ALLOW VENDORS THAT RESPONDED TO THE FIRST NOTICE TO EASILY FIND THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE POSTING LISTS A SOLICITATION NUMBER OF W911QX-16-R-0011 BUT THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION NUMBER IS W911QX-17-R-0005.
