Random Moment Sampling Software
The Department is interested in procuring a user friendly Web based software system that can run the departments Random Moment Sampling (RMS) software system. RMS is a statistical sampling process used to determine the proportional amount of time staff spends on the various activities they perform in carrying out their job functions and is used in a federally approved cost allocation plan.
