Description of Requirement: This is a competitive request for quote (RFQ) for pest control services at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Ramey Unit School in Puerto Rico.

Question: Questions from Contractors in reference to this solicitation may be submitted no later than 09:00 AM USA Eastern Time, August 28 2019, with subject line “Questions – HE1254-19-R-1012”. A consolidated list of answers to any questions received will be incorporated into the solicitation via an amendment and distributed to prospective offerors.
Site Visit Information: Contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit, non-attendance will not exclude contractors from competition. The number of representatives for each offeror is limited to two. In order to participate in the site visit, contractors must e-mail the name of the attendees to Mr. Armando Crespo via e-mail at Armando.Crespo@DODEA.EDU and finalize coordination no later than 05:00 PM Eastern Time, August 26 2019. Failure to meet this deadline will preclude attendance. Site visit will only take place on August 27 2019 between the hours of 10:00 AM through 01:00 PM Eastern Time.
RFQ Due Date: The closing date is 09:00 AM USA Eastern Time, September 04 2019. Quotes must be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Dora Johnson at Dora.Johnson@DODEA.EDU with subject line “Quote – HE1254-19-R-1012”.
