Railroad Ramp and Skirt System
The REF has issued this RFI in order to solicit statements of interest, capabilities and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from interested parties to provide one commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) rail ramp and rail skirt system. The desired rail ramp solution must augment or emplace infrastructure must have a rail ramp and rail skirt to load/offload rail on an emergency basis. All products must meet Federal and DoD regulations.
