Railroad Design Engineering Services
The State is requesting proposals for consultant services to assist in the development of railroad bridge, railroad/highway crossing and railroad track projects. The selected consultants shall be responsible for performing a variety of design, engineering, load rating, project management, environmental permitting, right-of-way services and advertisement and bidding services ranging from project definition through the production of contract plans and design engineering services during construction.
