This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. The NAICS code is 325412 and the Size Standard is 750 employees. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. Type of Contract - The Government intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror.
Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) is seeking qualified sources to provide Radium RA223 Dichloride injections (brand name: Xofigo), an alpha-particle emitting radiopharmaceutical for the treatment of metastic prostate cancer.

All qualified sources are invited to submit capability statements that substantiate their technical experience and qualifications to provide the product. Interested firms shall indicate that their product is meets all federal and safety guidelines, and that they have provided similar supplies to military medical treatment facilities and/or the general public under terms and conditions similar to those stated in this notice.

Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Donna Tomita, Contract Specialist, Pacific Regional Contracting Office, 160 Krukowski Road, Tripler, HI 96859; email donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 31 December 2014 at 4:00 PM Hawaiian Standard Time.
