This announcement supports announcement of 36C25518Q9591 Radiology Technology Services for the Eastern Kansas Health Care System (EKHCS). Performance shall occur at the Leavenworth and Topeka, KS VA Medical Centers. This notice is for preliminary purposes therefore, no quotations are being requested or accepted in support of this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACTS SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. Interested parties should monitor FBO for related solicitation notices.

The acquisition award is anticipated to be a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award with firm, fixed-pricing. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requested. The duration of this requirement is for a base period (start and end dates to be determined) with four (4) 12-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 561320. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $27.5M.

Description of Services:

The Contractor shall provide up to the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) technologists for the following modalities:
Five (5) Registered Radiology /Computed Tomography Technologist RT(R)(CT);
Two (2) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists; and
Two (2) Ultrasound Technologists (US)

The radiology technologists shall provide comprehensive imaging support to Veterans in need at both Leavenworth and Topeka, KS VA Medical Centers.

General Qualifications:
This acquisition, when solicited, shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The offeror must be classified as a SDVOSB in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified through VetBiz.gov, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, at the time the quotation is submitted.
