The Department of Veterans Affairs Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, 19104 has a requirement for project 113 Site Prep for Radiology . This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for the renovations in four (4) Radiology rooms and associated support spaces necessary to support the installation of new Radiology equipment from Siemens and Philips at the at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19104. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 240 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation.
