Request for Proposals
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Office of MaineCare Services is issuing a request for proposals to solicit bids from qualified Radiology Prior Authorization Services vendors to conduct prior authorization review activities for the MaineCare program (Maine Medicaid). The contract resulting from this RFP will be for two years; with optional three (3) one-year extensions at the discretion of the Department.

Bidders must submit an original proposal, and six printed copies to the State of Maine Division of Purchases, State House Station 9 Burton M. Cross Building 4th floor, 111 Sewall Street , Augusta, ME 04333 no later than 2:00 PM local time on August 27, 2007. All copies must be clearly marked: RFP # 607100 Radiology Prior Authorization Services. Proposals which do not meet the deadline or which are incomplete will be rejected without exception.
