Purpose:
The Contractor providing on-site diagnostic radiology services must adhere to all the VHA and TJC standards and guidelines. A contractor providing on-site diagnostic radiology services must provide evidence the diagnostic radiology practice meets or exceeds the VHA and TJC diagnostic radiology guidelines and standards.
