Radiological Dosimeters and Scheduled Reading
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Include DUN & Bradstreet number on all quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Syracuse, NY needs a contract to procure Dosimeters & Readings.
(ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is 36C242-19-Q-1231. It s issued as a Request for Quotation.
(iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 (7-14-2016).
(iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is unrestricted.
The NAICS is 334519; if NAICS code is different please supply that on your quote. Note, interested Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) vendors must be listed and certified in www.Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award.
Award will be made to the quote that meets or exceeds ALL requirements of this solicitation (Firm Fixed Price).
(v) This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of Dosimeters & Readings:
1. Dosimeters
Monthly Whole Body Dosimeters (Whole body badges): 87 Approximate
Monthly Ring Dosimeters (Ring Badges): 8 Approximate
c. Quarterly Whole Body Dosimeters: 123 Approximate
d. Quarterly TLD Ring Dosimeters 2 Approximate
2. Readings per SOW
Period of Performance. This contract is required for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. The period of performance shall be as follows:
Base year: 10/01/2019-09/30/2020
Option year 1: 10/01/2020-09/30/2021
Option year 2: 10/01/2021-09/30/2022
Option year 3: 10/01/2022-09/30/2023
Option year 4: 10/01/2023-09/30/2024
(vi) Contractor shall deliver all items to the Department of Veterans Affairs 800 Irving Ave Syracuse, NY 13210, FBO destination.

Quotes received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
