Radio Communications Controller
The Railroad Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a
turnkey implementation of a new Voice Radio Communications Controller (RCC). This controller
will provide critical communications capabilities for the entire rail belt. Proposals will be
evaluated based on reliability, flexibility, expandability, and cost effectiveness of the equipment
and turnkey solution proposed.
