This is a sources sought synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA NATIONAL GUARD PURCHASING AND CONTRACTING OFFICE, Washington, DC 20373 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research, to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources for Radar Foam Repair Services.

Information requested is for all labor including supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform Radar Foam Repair Services in accordance with current industry safety standards.  The contract vehicle may be a firm-fixed price type Blanket Purchase Agreement BPA, but is subject to change depending on the results of the market research. (NAICS Code 336413) We request all interested and qualified firms respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: (1) Name, Address, Phone, Fax, e-mail, DUNS number and Business Size (if Small Business, also list any applicable sub-classes i.e. 8(a), Hub-zone, Service Disabled Veteran, etc.).  (2) A list of (not to exceed 5) Radar Foam Repair Services contract or similar contracts or agreements that your firm currently holds or has completed within the last three years.  The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, description, contract value, performance dates, and Government point of contact with phone number and e-mail address.  Please limit your responses to 5 pages.  This information must be e-mailed to the attention of MSgt Mardela Scott Contract Specialist at mardela.scott.1@us.af.mil and CPT Willie Weatherspoon CPT Willie Weatherspoon II @ willie.c.weatherspoon.mil@mail.mil and ng.dc.dcarng.mbx.pc-requirement-request@mail.mil no later than 8:00AM Eastern Standard Time 2 May 2017. A solicitation will be issued on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://fedbizopps.gov if it is deemed to be necessary.

This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors to provide Radar Foam Repair Services.

No other information is required at this time. Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. This source sought synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources.
