RUS Supplemental Training
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Supplemental Training for USDA prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to www.fbo.gov to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation.
Interested vendors should reference the solicitation documents for all terms and conditions. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. Amendments) for the solicitation. No paper solicitation will be available.
Instructions to offerors (Tailored for quotes under FAR part 13), evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The Contractor shall provide all facilities, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, personnel and travel to accomplish the requirements of this service. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. This will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), see solicitation for evaluation factors and submission requirements.
Award will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted in writing to the point of contract listed in the documentation.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
