This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a writen solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Informations Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Contracting Division, Software Section (PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225, intends to issue an award to the OEM, or one of it's authorized resellers to provide Rockwell RSLogix software to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The period of performance is date of award through one year with an estimated start date of May 5, 2017. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the System for Award Management (SAM) program. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.
