ROUTING, CLEARNING and SEALING CRACKS IN HOT MIX ASPHALT PAVEMENT.
The City Transportation and Works Department, Roads Division, requires the complete Routing
and Sealing and Cleaning and Sealing (Blow and Go) methods of crack sealing on various city streets within the
City limits, all in accordance with the attached Specifications, Scope of Work, Drawings, and General Terms and
Conditions.
