From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 67945047; Item is source control and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-17-R-1314 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1660-01-303-1979, Rotor, Air Condition for 170 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on July 18, 2017. Item is critical application and export control applies. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data, Approved sources of supply that have rights to data and to manufacturer this item: Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286; 8P093 in accordance with Part Number-70550-02129-110 with approved source Moog Components, CAGE 99932; 8P093 in accordance with Part Number-AW3018-8 requirements.
Required delivery objective is 190 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
