sealed bids will be received by the Stafford County purchasing office for construction of the Rocky Pen Run reservoir raw water line. The project will include the construction of approximately 1,200 liner ft. of 42" restrained joint ductile iron pipe, open cut road crossings beneath Old Banks Drive and Rocky Run Road, and the construction of the reservoir outfall facilities. Bid responses will be received until, July 24, 2008.
