ROADWAY AND CIVIL DESIGN SERVICES FOR CROSSTRAILS BOULEVARD
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain the services of a qualified
engineering firm to provide roadway and civil engineering design, bidding, and
construction support services for Crosstrails and Kincaid Boulevards in the
vicinity of Bolen Park and the Leesburg Airport. Conceptual design services will
be needed as well to establish an alignment for future extension of Crosstrails
Boulevard east, beyond the Countys property limits, to connect with an existing
segment of Crosstrails Boulevard in the Town of Leesburg.
