The Department of Veterans Affairs require new lease of 3,500 ABOA/USF existing medical space within Delineated Area (DA). The Government will consider alterative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, services etc. provided when deciding on location.

Delineated Area: The delineated area considered the SGV CBOC is bound by the following roads and fronts on the following boundary lines:
Going SE on N Rosemead Blvd. to:
- East on West Foothill Blvd.
- South on Mountain Ave.
- East on Huntington drive/Historic Route 66
- North Todd Ave.
- East Sierra Madre Ave.
- South on Grand
- West on FWY 10
- West on Garvey Ave.
- North on Rosemead Blvd.
- Route 19
- West Durant
- North on Madre St.
- North Rosemead Blvd.
