RFt for Municipal Cultural Planning Indicators & Performance Measures
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide research and analysis consulting services and expertise to assist the province to identify a set of indicators and performance measures that can determine the outcomes of Municipal Cultural Planning (MCP) and can be implemented by both municipalities and the provincial government as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables. . This RFP is issued by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Culture.
