The goal of the 2009 LIHEAP Program Review is to examine a subset of current program policies and eligibility guidelines that qualify or disqualify applicant households for program benefits. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure services from a qualified and experienced individual or consulting entity for the purpose of 1) reviewing CSU's current LIHEAP eligibility policies and program guidelines and 2) issuing a written report with explicit policy alternatives and recommendations for program modifications. DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN QUESTIONS: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2009, BY 12:00PM.
