EOHHS is issuing this RFR to solicit proposals from Bidders qualified to provide an array of customer and operations services, including acting as the primary liaison between EOHHS and its community of approximately 52,000 MassHealth Providers and approximately 1,300,000 Members, The scope of the Key Operations Services Contract may be expanded to incorporate key operations services functions of additional state agencies, Providers and other state-program beneficiaries or clients over time.
