RFQ-Design-Build Teams for BioScience Center Project
SDSU is circulating a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify the necessary and desirable qualifications of design-build teams who wish to be considered for participation in a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design and construction of the BioScience Center Project. The proposed project will consist of constructing a 33,300 gross sq. ft., five-story, Type II, 1 hour, fully sprinklered biological science laboratory research building containing BL-2 and BI-3 Labs and including support offices, a seminar room and vivarium space, located at San Diego State University.
