RFQ to Pre-Qualify As-Needed Veterinary Hospitals and Clinics
LA Animal Services is pre-qualifying veterinary hospitals and clinics that wish to participate in the Departments Spay/Neuter Programs (adoption sterilizations and Free & Discount S/N Vouchers), and/or provide emergency veterinary services for the Departments impounded animals. This RFQ is for veterinary hospitals and clinics who currently participate in the Programs as well as those who would like to begin participation. RFQ is open continuously; there is no deadline to submit a Statement of Qualifications
