The Texas Tech University System is accepting qualifications for artists to create four site-specific and community-inflected mosaic designs for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center's Larry Combest Community Health & Wellness Center in Lubbock, TX. The public art budget is $45,000 and should be all inclusive.

Submissions must be received (not postmarked) by March 27, 2013 at 3:00 pm. Selected finalists will receive an honorarium of up to $2000 for travel and design expenses.
