RFQ for Waste Management Service
The US Embassy Kathmandu has requirement for waste management services at US Embassy Kathmandu and its leased residential houses. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the SF 1449 and attached document, and submit your quotation to KTMContracts@state.gov. Anticipated performance is for one base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

Offers are due by 05:00pm Kathmandu local time on February 22, 2019, and are to be submitted electronically to KTMContracts@state.gov .
