RFQ for Specialized Residential Placement Services for County Juvenile Services
As part of our ongoing quality assurance and utilization review process, Tarrant County Juvenile Services depends upon our vendors to provide us with data on their evaluation components in accordance with TJPC and Tarrant County standards.
B. Juvenile Services holds vendors accountable to collect, analyze and furnish reports on various aspects of output and outcome measures. Please include a sample report of statistics that we can expect to receive quarterly and then at the end of each placement. Examples of data that we require are listed below:
1. Number of youth by gender served in the contract period.
2. Number of youth who improved problem solving skills, and criteria used to make that determination.
3. Number of youth who improved communication skills and criteria used to make that determination.
4. Number of youth who attained life skills and define the life skills model employed.
5. Number of youth who attained educational advancement
