RFQ for RF Generator
The Request For Quotation (RFQ) is for a firm fixed price delivery order for the items identified as RF Generator and electrodes.
Please see the RFQ for complete details. Offerors must meet the conditions in the RFQ and items must meet the specifications listed in the RFQ.
Please read the attached RFQ thorough;y, fill it out completely and reply by emailing to [email protected] by the stated closing date and time. Be sure to submit all supplemental documentation as required on page 2, section N of the RFQ.
Note: The Technical Compliance Matrix must be completed and returned with the RFQ if you are offering an equal to Brand Name identified in the RFQ.
