Responses are due no later than 3:00pm EST on June 16, 2014. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Lowest price technically acceptable will result in award. FAR 13.106-1(iv)(b) authorizes the Contracting Officer the descretion not to compete this requirement.
