RFQ for Construction management
UCLA requests a written response to the Request for Qualification (RFQ) for its consideration in selection of a Construction Manager (CM) for pre-construction services and construction management services for the Weyburn Terrace Graduate Student Housing Project - #948279.02.
The Weyburn Terrace Graduate Student Housing Project will construct approximately 275,000 gross square feet of new building space in the Southwest zone of the campus. The project includes construction of 500 studio apartment units, and a commons building that will house meeting and reception spaces, administrative offices and academic and student support functions. Construction will be accommodated in two new buildings: a residential building that will vary in height between six and nine stories and a four-story commons building.
