Baylor University (Owner) and Texas State Technical College (TSTC) are soliciting statements of qualifications (Qualifications) for selection of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firm for the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative Project (Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.
